The Paranormal Cipher (PCL) is a dedicated organization of researchers, scientists, and investigators committed to exploring and documenting paranormal phenomena across India.

Founded in 2008 by Dr. Arvind Sharma and Priya Nair, Paranormal Cipher has grown from a two-person team into a nationwide organization with over 120 members. We approach every investigation with scientific rigor and an open mind.
